Collection: Custom Hand Painted Banners

Please read all details before ordering your banner. Each banner is hand-painted and designed specifically for you. The example photos show previous work; your design will be unique to your event. Available lengths: 4ft-6ft (custom sizing available upon request).

Personalization Details

When ordering, please include the below and as much detail as possible.:

Exact wording + font style (cursive, bold, handwritten, etc.)
Event theme or overall vibe
Color palette or mood board
Any imagery or design ideas (flowers, animals, sports, etc.)
Date you’ll need your banner by

Design Proofs

A digital mock-up will be sent at least  3-5 days after your order is placed for your approval. Once your mock-up is approved, the painting process begins — orders can’t be cancelled or refunded once a mock-up design has been sent.

Timeline & Rush Orders

Please order at least 2 weeks before your event to allow for design, painting, and shipping.

Need it sooner? Add the corresponding Rush Order Listing to your orders for due dates within 1 or 2 weeks. Rush orders ensure faster turnaround and priority processing.

Shipping & Delivery

All banners are shipped via UPS Ground (2–3 day delivery) from Texas 6–9 days before your event date, regardless of order date. Each banner is rolled and packed securely in a sturdy shipping tube for protection.

If your package arrives damaged, please email whimpaintco@gmail.com with photos so we can file a claim together.

Refund Policy

Because every banner is custom-made, refunds and cancellations are not accepted. However, I always want you to love your experience — if there’s an issue, please reach out and I’ll do my best to make it right.
