Design Proofs
A digital mock-up will be sent at least 5 business days after your order is placed for your approval. The painting process does not begin until you are happy with the design and have approved— orders can’t be cancelled or refunded once a mock-up design has been sent.
Timeline & Rush Orders
Please order at least 2 full weeks before your event to allow for design, painting, and shipping.

Shipping & Delivery
All products are shipped via UPS Ground (3-6 day delivery) from Texas at least 9 days before your selected event due date, regardless of order date. Each packed securely in a cushioned shipping envelope for protection.
If your package arrives damaged, please email whimpaintco@gmail.com with photos so we can file a claim together.
Refund Policy
Because every piece is custom-made, refunds are not accepted after a design proof has been sent. However, I always want you to love your experience — if there’s an issue, please reach out and I’ll do my best to make it right.
