Digital Design Proofs A digital design proof will be sent via emailfor your approval. Painting process does not begin until you are happy with the design. Please note: Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once a digital proof has been sent.

Shipping & Delivery All products are shipped via UPS Ground (3-6 day delivery) from Texas 6-9 business days before your due date, regardless of order date. Tracking is provided on ship date. If your package arrives damaged, please email whimpaintco@gmail.com with photos so a claim can be filed with UPS.
