Return Policy
Every Whim Paint Co product is hand painted and made to order, because of the custom nature of our work, our return policy is designed to reflect the time and artistry that goes into each piece.
Custom & Personalized Orders
All custom and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
This includes items customized with:
- Names
- Dates
- Custom text
- Color selections
- Personalized design requests
Once you have received a mockup for a custom order and/or production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
Shipping Issues
Whim Paint Co is not responsible for:
- Shipping delays
- Lost packages caused by incorrect shipping addresses
