Thank you for supporting Whim Paint Co! Each item is hand-painted and made to order, which means your order is created especially for you.
Processing Time
Mockups for custom orders are provided within 5 business days of order placement, and are shipped 8 business days prior to your due date.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via UPS.
Estimated shipping times after dispatch:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Occasionally we may offer free or promotional shipping, which will be clearly noted during checkout.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Whim Paint Co is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. While we will always try to help, Whim Paint Co is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues once the package has left our studio.
If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
Local Pickup (If Applicable)
Local pickup instructions will be provided within 24 hours of order placement.
