Before I begin drawing, I’ll send you a digital mock-up to make sure everything looks perfect. Once approved, I’ll draw out your design, roll, wrap, and securely ship it to you!

📦 Shipping & Policies:
All banners are packed securely in sturdy tubes to help protect them during transit. Once your order ships, I’m not responsible for any carrier mishandling (such as creased, torn, or damaged packages).

If your banner arrives in less-than-perfect condition due to shipping, please reach out with photos so we can file a claim together. Once approved, I’ll issue a partial store credit toward your next order.

Because each coloring sheet is custom-made, refunds can’t be offered — but I’ll always do my best to make sure you’re happy with your experience!
