Personalization Details
When ordering, please provide as much detail as possible:
Event Theme or Vibe Preferred font style and any wording to be included Design Elements and Color Scheme Upload any inspiration for reference Event Due Date: This is the date you need your order delivered by.
A digital mock-up will be sent at 10-14 business days before your order is due to deliver for your approval. The painting process does not begin until you are happy with the design and have approved. Please note orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once a mock-up design has been sent.
Timeline & Rush Orders
Please order at least 2 full weeks before your due date to allow for design, painting, and shipping.
Need it fast? Please email WhimPaintCo@gmail.com if you are needing your order within the next 14 days to verify rush order availability. Please note, rush orders may be subject to an additional fee.
Shipping & Delivery
All banners are shipped via UPS Ground (3-6 day delivery) from Texas at least 4-9 days before your selected event due date, regardless of order date. Each banner is rolled and packed securely in a sturdy shipping tube for protection.
Once the carrier has possession of your package, I am not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or damages. However, if your package arrives damaged, please email whimpaintco@gmail.com with photos in order to file a claim with the carrier.
Refund Policy
Because every banner is custom and made to order, refunds and exchanges are not always possible. I always want you to love your experience and finished product. If you have any issues, please reach out and I’ll do my best to make it right.
